Pros

1. Interesting projects in sports data industry. 2. Good pay.

Cons

1. Lacks culture in software development standards. 2. Tech leads and product owners lacks skills (newbies) to develop a product with a long term goals. 3. Everyone is looking for low hanging fruits to grab and take credit for. 4. You will not appreciated what you have achieved in main assigned project but mainly on the side project, it's toxic work culture. 5. Some middle managers are extremely rude during meetings. 6. Lacks diversity in terms of gender and color (too white and male dominated to be honest).

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.
