Pros

- Some colleagues are supportive and collaborative. - Global exposure and multicultural team environment. - Occasional flexible working arrangements depending on team.

Cons

While I had the chance to work with a few genuinely kind and capable colleagues, the overall experience at Sportradar was deeply disappointing. The workplace culture is toxic, with little regard for employee well-being. Management lacks professionalism, shows blatant favoritism, and avoids accountability at all levels. Constructive feedback is often ignored or met with hostility, and communication is poor and disorganized. There’s no clear growth path, and decisions are often made without transparency or fairness. Management is ineffective in handling serious concerns, and the environment feels more political than performance-based. Morale is consistently low, and high turnover speaks volumes. If you're seeking a healthy, supportive, or purpose-driven workplace — this isn’t it. Proceed with caution.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.
