Pros

Great company with great opportunities and really do care about their customers and ensuring that customer service is first class, management really encourage this.

Cons

Very little training and whilst management care about customers they often forget staff and don't take into account their lives or feelings.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
