Store Manager - Sales Associate/Cashier Swarovski Employee Review

When I worked for Swarovski, I opened the store at Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, I worked there until January 2010. I had the supervision of 6-8 girls. My duties consist of scheduling, making sure my crew provided the best customer service, and that they were also knowledgeable of the product, memberships, and everything that entail what Swarovski was all about.. Communicated with District Manager periodically sand attended meeting in which I learned the new things Swarovski had to offer and the many ways of making it attractive to the public.
