      Organised and positive atmosphere and team that you actually would want to be part of. HR and head office are very precise and helpful when needed.

      Cons

      Slow responsein some areas, which could be improved in variety of different ways including better communication or explaining the delay in the first place.

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
