We are glad to hear that you felt we offered a "good bonus" we are always evaluating our compensation program to ensure we are paying are employees fairly for the work they perform. You also listed as a Pro: "continuing education" and please note part of our continuing education is working together as a team and encouraging our peers to support each other and share there knowledge, this includes having co-workers train new hires, but as we truly value your feedback I will be sharing your "Advice to Management" with our training team as it appears you did not have the best experience in your training.
