      Discount on items, easy to access by transit

      Cons

      Horrible managers who practice nepotism to promote their friends instead of people who deserve it at Robson location in Vancouver. Constant belittling and disrespect to loyal employees. Manager made me feel like I wasn't needed and wanted to push me out the door by stating my position wasn't really necessary. Even lied and said the company didn't have an HR department when I wanted to file complaints. I would not recommend working if you value your mental health.

      Pros

      The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

      Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
