Pros

Great for anyone looking to learn the jewelry industry or starting their professional journey in management.

Cons

There is no real development for managers with experience. Talent is wasted because the leaders above the SM do not take any feedback. As an ASM, I've never felt so powerless or dismissed. Benefits are way below the cost of living and experience was never taken into consideration.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
