      Pros

      Cientel is generally not terrible. You get to be around pretty merchandise and help style customers.

      Cons

      Policies don't allow you to sit down and require an absurd amount of training to "represent the brand well". If you at least pretend to drink the Kool-aid and have a knack for sales though you'll do well.

      Pros

      The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

      Cons

      Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
