Pros

They'll hire anyone very quickly.

Cons

The training is weeks of wasted time. My trainer had never even done the job I was "training" to do, and she didn't teach us a single thing about actually doing our job. Our first day on the floor we had to take calls by ourselves and we had no clue what we were doing. We could try asking for help, but no one was designated to help us. It was a disaster. Also this place is a prison. No phones, paper, pens, are allowed on the workfloor. There aren't even Windows. Breaks have to be timed perfectly or else you get in trouble, yet the worthless security isn't ever around if your badge isn't working.

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
