Pros

This company appears to be a great place to work, based on their core values and mission statement. They provide opportunities to work from home.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's just this particular training class or not, but I get the sense that they just needed a lot of bodies in seats, to take calls. If you have previous phone experience, you recognize this day one. They hire reps to work from home that know absolutely nothing about computers. I don't mean tech savvy, I mean literally nothing. If you are training from home, to work from home and you don't know what a start menu is, or you have no clue why you can't connect to the internet, how will you survive production?. Training is held up at least a hour daily because someone can't log in, oh my computer froze, oh my screen is blank, what's a web browser??. My phone isn't working. I mean really?? It diminishes your faith in the company, because you feel if they don't care about who they are hiring to serve their clients(I mean fortune 500 companies) then they really don't care about me. I guess you would just find another warm body replacement in these mass hiring sessions.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
