Cons

Bathroom breaks are deducted from break times(two 15 minutes breaks) No wrap up available to write customer account notes, must be done during call Extremely high call volume Slow system start up Tech issues most days Hard to work with kids or animals in home. Quiet work area is a must. Supervisors are slow to answer when needed Supervisors are not able to handle deescalation, it’s up to the member service representative Paid leave not available Mandatory shift make up time on Saturday Morning shift is most likely not available

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
