Pros

I was rehired from bacolod to baguio branch and all i can say is... Everything from the ceiling, to the wall, the door, and the floor are all the same! I felt so at home! Even the coffee dispenser is exactly the same as well. :)

Cons

The bldg. Is a lil bit smaller compare to the tp site that i was before, so it felt a lil bit cramp. But the rest of the facilities are all goods!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
