good incentives and opportunities to do some launch parties but highly doubt they still do this
Cons
the sales targets were not realistic and they were always searching for the reason why each store was not hitting the targets which meant the managers pressured you to push every single customer. the incentives slowly started to go down and down once the company were restructuring.
