      Great discount, but it depends on your contracted hours

      The company should be focusing more on the quality and design of the items. Thought the years i’ve noticed the increased number of customer’s point of view for designs also the quality is getting cheaper

      Great brand, great products! enviorment very helpful and supportive

      Cons

      Small Company mindset . Very little investment in the brand which makes it difficult to grow. However to much turnover. Management needs to be more consistent.
