Pros
Great Management, have had no problems communicating with Management and expressing concerns. 3 weeks paid vacation no limit paid sick days (barely get sick but I bet if you abuse this there will be a problem) Yearly Raise was pretty big this year Lots of Data to work with
Cons
Some might say the pay isn't as comparable as other companies Extremely large company and everyone thinks you drive a package car when you say you work for UPS lol I do more data work then developer work but havent been able to get a job title change
