Beautiful view of the mountains outside, peak season offers A LOT of overtime, get ready to get absolutely RIPPED. Crews are fun. My supervisor was absolutely a cool dude to work for. Union is gonna be your best friend. An abundance of opportunity and growth. 🤙
Cons
During peak season no break or lunches. You sign a paper that waves your right to breaks. You and can easily be pressured to stay over simply by supervisor not asking and taking you/the crew to another job on ramp. Also, felt like asking to go to the bathroom was a burden since the sup drives crew around. So speak up and use your voice, they don't know. Once you say something it wasn't a problem and itll change. But be loud and vocal about what YOU want and speak up for your crew too :)
