      Pros

      Great people and good leadership at my organization. Senior management has done a lot to enhance the base. This location has one of the best gym's that I've been to.

      Cons

      The work demand can become a bit busy and occasionally I was overwhelmed. If you live near the work site and you face the farmland you may get allergies.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
