      Pros

      The ability to serve something great than the "bottom line." Ronald Reagan once said "far too many people get to the end of their lives and wonder if they ever made a difference. Members of the U.S. military never have to ask that question, as they HAVE made a difference."

      Cons

      Lots and lots of moving... My family has had 15 moves and 18 addresses in 25 years.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
