      Opportunity is available at every turn, but it must be earned. Overall, nothing you really want will be handed to you; you have to be proactive and hunt for the paths you desire.

      Cons

      While you must hunt for the opportunities you want, you'll be spoon-fed things that you don't. Mandatory training, paperwork, bureaucracy, etc.
