      Cons

      Depending on what career field you work in, be prepared to put in time in odd hours of the day and be prepared to be physically active as well as moving around from place to place.

      Laid back environment get your work done and you can coast.

      Cons

      Appraisals are off of the buddy system more often than not i.e. if you went to the same college as your supervisor you’ll likely get good scores if not good luck.
