      Pros

      Having the relatively safe job security is nice as well as the time off (30 paid days per year). People are always so proud of you as well.

      Cons

      You can be treated like a child, which is beyond annoying. Boot camp is ridiculous. Why yell and scream when we are there voluntarily?

      Laid back environment get your work done and you can coast.

      Cons

      Appraisals are off of the buddy system more often than not i.e. if you went to the same college as your supervisor you’ll likely get good scores if not good luck.
