      There are many and varied projects on which it is possible to work. There is the ability to control your own career path and to move within the entire organization. The benefits are tremendous. Training opportunities abound.

      There may be a slightly lower cash salary than in the "commercial" world.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
