Pros
The pay and the benefits are wonderful. In this economy it is nice to know that you have a job that you are not going to get layed off from. It is also very rewarding to know you are making an impact int he lifes of AF families.
Cons
Sometimes it seems that the leadership and servicemembers do not appreciate all the work that is done specifically for their benefit. Many people are living in the 80s and have the assumption that the A&FRC is merely a place for lonely housewives to hang out or ask random questions, the "base operator"....this is not the case! We are always busy!!
