      Pros

      Free education and healthcare during and after you are out, you get to travel overseas if you are lucky (not a guarantee)

      Cons

      A lot of work depending on your jobs: no lunches, random 12 hr shifts, have to work the weekends every so often, working in -20 degree weather depending where you are stationed, get yelled at for other people messing up

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
