      Pros

      I enjoy the high volume cookery done here, serving the military reserves, and working in a very well-kept and large kitchen.

      Cons

      I do not like the low pay for the workload at times, quick changes in management, high employee turnover, and the nonexistent benefits and or protections. I also do NOT like the amount of drama and gossip involved in the workplace.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
