      great location opportunities, paid salary not hourly, 30 days accrued per year of PTO, opportunities for management and administrative roles without certain advanced degrees

      Cons

      less clinical diversity unless agree to owe more time to military to specialize, not paid for overtime or holiday/nightshift, many additional duties, medical leadership at all levels not always qualified for position assumed which negatively impacts subordinates, instability due to deployment risk

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
