      Military will pay for you to move so if you like to travel and see and experiences different places its definitely a plus. You can also work a multitude of missions and will pick up a lot of knowledge in the long run.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership can make or break some people's careers. Lack of freedom even outside of work.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
