Pros

Provides further opportunity to progress in the UN organization. Does not require a very high qualification level and is more acceptable than other UN agencies.

Cons

As a security org we had to deal with situations that were somewhat dangerous but not necessarily harmful. Another downside for some people would be that they might have to travel to international war zones.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
