People in the field are trying to channel a large amount of funds but the absence of program management capacity does not help to capitalize the real necessities.

Cons

Poor management, duplication of efforts due to internal frictions and competitions for prevalence. Sympathy for those who are putting tons of dollars resourcing apparent altruist projects - please bear in mind you are satisfying the ego of non-altruistic so called professionals. Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
