Pros

Great job in a somewhat great organization. Considering that most of the stress is from the outside factors, office atmosphere is mostly relaxed. The benefits are great, including good medical, pension and annual vacation.

Cons

Career progress is mostly based on who you know and not what you know. Socializing and "networking" with the seniors is more important than quality performance in the office. Performance review is weak with most staff getting the same remarks year after year, regardless of performance. The level of management is weak, most managers are hired based on political decisions and not their performance. Once hired, there is no chance an inadequate person gets fired, just moved around or often promoted Most of the processes are still bureaucratic, since the old minds are still in power.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
