Pros

Good work environment. UN cares about our physical and psychological health. You work with people of different nationalities, religions and backgrounds. UN respects women.

Cons

Bureaucracy and promotion. It depends on the UN organization you work for, but generally speaking UN doesn't always invest well in its staff.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
