Pros

If you're a P5 (or a protected GS), you can travel at will and do whatever you want. Or just don't do anything at all if you don't feel like it.

Cons

Most job openings are shams. Managers know who they want before openings are posted. Career development is nil. Organization will always show deference to management, no matter how egregious the behavior is.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
