Pros

good benefits and personal time off. Meeting people from around the world.

Cons

Due to how the employee assessment and organization policies were set up, it has created a highly political and hypocritical culture. Many staff seems to forget the vision and mission of this humanitarian organization which aimed to improve the conditions of humanity. One would think that working for the UN was about making a difference.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
