Pros

Organization assumes liability for all income taxes, diplomatic status overseas, excellent job security, excellent pay, great chance to meet fascinating and excellent colleagues from all over the world, opportunity to witness diplomacy in action and historic moments as they occur, chance to live in some of the best places in the world

Cons

Mind-numbing bureaucracy often defies any semblance of logic, arresting absence of innovation or concern for efficiency, little organization attention to professional development after initial two-year posting, extreme variation in organizational and managerial performance between duty stations

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
