Pros
I have used this site for few years,but off late too many issues with the identity and other details.They want you to write your complete name no spelling mistake in profile details.You face picture even if you don't want to upload. Also too high fee and too low paying jobs as low as 1 $. Once your account suspends the turns a blind eye towards you and would never resolve any issue.
Cons
It is total waste to be on this site, so many freelancers that you will get a response once after 1000 times and then out of those if you are lucky the conversion ration will be 5%. It is just going to be worse.They have more clients more commission but they don't want to trim down the commission.
