      Consistent layoffs Terrible guidance Bad leadership There are obviously favorites. And if you’re not one of them, you will be given the dregs and garbage and asked why you can’t succeed

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
