Pros
Large company, good pay and benefits. Good opportunities to grow within a role with some long term advancement opportunities depending on what state of reorganization the company is in. It's always trying to grow as a company. Network of offices across North America.
Cons
Senior managers often throw their subordinates under the bus. Ethics policies and exhibiting basic respect doesn't seem to apply to them. HR is beholden to senior management and often looks the other way to keep senior management happy. Bullying is common and rarely discouraged. Turnover is high, even in HR, because employees recognize they are treated as second class citizens.
