Pros
My peers and supervisors were professional, highly skilled entrepreneurs. My position allowed me to have an independent working environment with minimal supervision.
Cons
They wanted to push annual salary down to put more of the compensation into the comission arena. It took me seventeen years to get my base up. Why would I take a reduction?
