Pros
Great case management exposure and some key members of management good at what they do which helps.
Cons
No work life balance Head office have no idea what the business is about - so disconnected with the business and introduce initiatives don't don't/won't work. HR doesn't follow its own policies - rather bend policies to suit themselves and to keep managers happy. Shame on HR for not practicing what they preach . Culture needs changing and management need reviewing and replaced urgently. Nepotism across The business. It's who you know rather than what you know that will get you up the leader. If you are looking for HR to be a respected function and role models across the business - this ain't the business. I
