      Excellent work-life balance Average benefits Stable (No hire and fire like Jacobs, Worley Parsons, Fluor, etc.)

      Cons

      Poor training programs High variance in career advancement and atmosphere depending on which business unit you work in; the business units are completely controlled by the general managers with very little corporate oversight.
