If you want to work for a company which has not realised that the 21st Century is well underway and that still values style over substance then this is the company for you. Management is so poor, and the company are clearly promoting employees into management positions where they are evidently not capable of handling those responsibilities. You will never feel part of a family working for Veolia, just a cog in a corporate machine in such an unaccommodating working environment. And if you want to be valued for the effort you put in, do not work here.
