      Pay is good . Drive and get job done. Easy work Colton drivers are union but are black balled inside company

      Drivers are black balled because Union affiliates.. Everyone out to get eachother. Most drivers are sneaky and talk behind each other's backs...

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
