Pros
Stable job, they won't fire you unless you do something horrible. Coworkers are great to work with and friendly. They've been good at continually updating & increasing salaries to adjust for inflation.
Cons
There is sort of a ceiling for how high you can move up starting from this position and if you want to make even more money than what's provided at the most senior level, you'd have to switch companies or move laterally into a different career within this company.
