Amateur leadership just skating by to maintain their privileged lifestyle. Will try to remove anyone with professional experience so as to not threaten the routine. Plant maintenance is always retroactive. It expected that a single operator will fulfill the duties of at 2 operators as well as a maintenance technician. Brown nosing is the only way to advance regardless of talent or experience. The problem is local management. I feel that Veolia itself has good intentions.
