      They are a company that value their employee not as employee but as family.They are straight forward and plus they will work with you as well

      Well every job have that bad point but my honest opinion is that they need better machine and to invest back into their company

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
