Pros
Supportive management at lower levels, technical and legislative advice available through many departments. Great staff make the difference in a challenging environment.
Cons
Understaffed on all levels creates difficult to achieve KPI's. Many staff accept the environment and work the situation as best as they can. Service sold to levels that cannot be truly achieved. With each department understaffed failings are prevalent throughout.
