Pros

No positives to working here, other than it's quite close to Five Guys and their burgers are great!

Cons

Manager is toxic and has favourites that get to leave at 10am each day on the same pay as those that work til 3pm or their full hours. Office staff are bullies and unfairly distribute the workloads constantly calling you being rude on the phone getting you to pick up work after the lazy useless drivers that they have friendships with outside of work. Don't allow you holiday time, always gets rejected so if you have young children this is not the place for you as you will lot be allowed time off in school holidays. The office is toxic, bullying, unappreciative and down right rude. Extremely two faced individuals work here they will smile to your face and stab you in the back 2 minutes later. Disgusting company with no morals, a culture of favouritism and bullying. You will only get a round if you go to running club with the boss, no one else gets a look in so steer well clear!!

In the middle of a merger. A lot of changes recently. Not necessarily bad.

Pros

Good exposure to a large, complex organization with cross-functional collaboration. Opportunities to take on responsibility and learn quickly if you are proactive. Some strong internal frameworks and experienced individuals to learn from. Visibility across different teams and business units.

Cons

Lack of standardized processes creates unnecessary inefficiencies and rework. Too much reliance on individual knowledge instead of scalable systems. Cross-team communication is often reactive rather than coordinated, which slows execution. Roles and ownership are frequently unclear, leading to misalignment and finger-pointing. Tools exist but are not fully implemented or consistently used, resulting in avoidable manual work.
