Pros
The customers you get in Waitrose are really nice. And the people you work with become a real part of your working and personal life.
Cons
They care less about the staff these days and the new contracts for new starters is awful. No premium rates of pay for Sunday or bank holiday working hours. And the yearly bonus is for ever going down. And slowly we are getting less benefits as they are trying to cut costs. They only really care about the profits they make down.
