Shifts have no consistency, regular lack of drives to go out on, organisation of delivery crates is horrific, I was there 8 weeks and only the day before I resigned was uniform ordered for me, I wanted to work part time which was offered to me but I am then told I will have to work full time as there are no part time routes, I started work on the 16/09/2020 and it is now 26/10/2020 and I am still without any wages and it isn't looking like I am going to get them any time soon which has resulted in me having to empty savings just to pay for basics and no one at the company seems to care.
